Cel¶
Autonomiczna produkcja grafik Print-on-Demand dopasowana do:
- Trendów rynkowych (Etsy, Amazon, eBay)
- Sezonowości (Summer → Back to School → Halloween → Christmas)
- Limitów platform (Etsy 40/miesiąc, eBay 250/miesiąc)
Architektura¶
1. Trend Analyst (TA)¶
- Analizuje Etsy/Amazon bestsellery
- Sugeruje tematy na podstawie sezonu
- Priorytetyzuje: high/medium/low
2. Creative Prompt Engineer (CPE)¶
- Tworzy prompty bez słów "t-shirt", "fabric", "wear"
- Enforces: SOLID background, no gradients, no textures
3. Image Generator¶
- Primary: Gemini (darmowe, 20/dzień, 600/miesiąc)
- Fallback: FAL.ai Flux ($0.05/obraz, 4500x5400)
- Output: 1024x1024 JPEG z białym tłem
4. Background Removal¶
- Primary:
rembg(local, free, preserves 1024×1024) - Fallback: Poof.bg ($0.001/obraz)
- Fallback: PhotoRoom (25 free/miesiąc)
NEVER use remove.bg API
The remove.bg API downsizes to 500×500. Always use rembg locally.
5. Size Adapter¶
- Skaluje do 4500x5400 (koszulka)
- Inne produkty: kubek 2700x1125, czapka 2400x1600
6. Quality Inspector¶
- Sprawdza: rozmiar, RGBA, transparentne tło, brak mockupu
- REJECT/APP z uzasadnieniem
7. SEO Copywriter¶
- Tytuły, opisy, tagi dopasowane do platformy
- Etsy: 13 tagów, długi tytuł
- eBay: krótszy tytuł, konkretne atrybuty
8. Printify Publisher¶
- Upload grafiki
- Tworzenie produktu (koszulka/kubek/czapka)
- Publish do Etsy/eBay

Monitoring¶
- Daily: sprawdź zużycie limitów (Gemini, remove.bg)
- Weekly: raport sprzedaży per design
- Monthly: aktualizacja trendów, plan na następny miesiąc
Upload Rate Limits¶
Printify API has strict rate limits. Upload must be SLOW:
- Image upload: 1 per 5 seconds (PNG ~5MB each)
- Product creation: 1 per 3 seconds
- Batch size: max 5 products per run
- Delay between products: 5-10 seconds
- Total time for 40 products: ~15-20 minutes
Never upload simultaneously
NEVER upload multiple products simultaneously — API will timeout/hang.
