Printify OAuth Re-Auth Instructions for Kris

Problem

  • 50 products in Printify have enabled variants
  • Only 1/50 has external ID (published to Etsy)
  • Etsy shop returns 404 when checking shop details
  • Solution: Re-authenticate Etsy connection in Printify dashboard

Steps

1. Log in to Printify Dashboard

2. Go to Stores

  • Click "Manage My Stores" or "Stores" in left sidebar
  • Find your Etsy store (ID: 28303196)

3. Check Connection Status

  • Look for warning/disconnected icon next to Etsy
  • If disconnected → click "Reconnect"

4. Re-authenticate Etsy

  • Click "Connect" or "Reconnect" for Etsy store
  • You'll be redirected to Etsy login
  • Log in with your Etsy seller account
  • Grant permissions to Printify
  • You'll be redirected back to Printify

5. Verify Connection

  • Etsy store should show "Connected" status
  • Products should start syncing

6. Test Publishing

  • I will retry publishing after you confirm connection
  • Run: python3 publish_all_with_prices.py

After Re-Auth

Once you confirm connection is restored, I will:

  1. Retry publishing all 49 remaining products
  2. Verify external IDs appear
  3. Check Etsy shop for live listings

Alternative (if re-auth doesn't work)

If Etsy connection cannot be restored:

  1. We can focus on eBay shop (ID: 28327439)
  2. Or create new Etsy shop connection
  3. Or use Shopify as alternative platform
